Karolina Muchova of the Czech Republic is receiving flak from the tennis world for pausing,
for an extended period of time during her U.S. Open quarterfinal victory over Sorana Cirstea on Tuesday.
The No. 10 player in the world, Muchova, exited the court after a 6-0 first-set victory over Cirstea,
as Flushing Meadows' temperature crept up to the low 90s.Cirstea and the chair umpire,
then engaged in a contentious debate, with the Romanian athlete prepared to resume play,
according to Yahoo Sports.According to the 33-year-old Cirstea, "I am the one waiting for her to serve."
