Former Stanford coach David Shaw has a new job.

David Shaw, a former head coach at Stanford, has accepted a new position for the 2023 football season.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that Shaw would work as an analyst for NFL Network.

Shaw will appear on a variety of studio shows this fall, according to a press release from NFL Network.

In "NFL GameDay Live," which airs every Sunday during the season at 1 p.m. ET, he will play a key role.

From 2011 until 2022, Shaw, 51, served as Stanford's head coach. During his tenure with the Cardinal,

he twice captured the Rose Bowl, and he rose to the top spot in program history in terms of victories.,

Shaw should have little issue adjusting to life as an analyst despite having been on,

the sidelines for the last ten years. He has assisted NFL Network with its draft coverage for the previous ten years.
