Shooter Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors struggled for two years, from 2019 to 2021.
After breaking his ACL in the 2019 NBA Finals and then his Achilles heel in late 2020,
he had to deal with back-to-back severe injuries. Thompson lost two years in his physical peak,
due to the two injuries, which may have ended his career. While working hard to rehab his injuries,
Thompson did not remain subdued. He has acknowledged that it was one of the hardest times in his career,
though, since suffering an injury can also be mentally taxing."I've been working to,
improve my conditioning because, as you get older in the NBA, cardio, health, and mental strength,
become more crucial. After the former's Anta event, Klay told Migs Bustos of ABS-CBN News that he had a "very smart mind."
