Ja Morant's father claims his son was suspended "due to his decisions."

When the 2023-24 NBA season begins, Ja Morant will be serving a 25-game sentence, and his father feels he has only himself to blame.

The Memphis Grizzlies star guard was caught on film holding a pistol yet again, leading the franchise to take action.

He had been suspended previously in the year for a similar offense. Morant was seen dancing to music with other companions in the passenger seat of a car in the video.

He then appeared to pull out the revolver to demonstrate for the camera.Despite the fact that the video was shot with friends,

Tee Morant stated at a youth basketball camp that there are no excuses for his son's actions.

Tee recently stated at the Up Next Elite Camp in New Orleans, "My son did not get in trouble because of the people around him." He got himself into difficulties as a result of his decisions.

"Always be mindful of every decision y'all make," he said. "It has the ability to completely consume you and make you believe you are someone you are not."

When you're out and about, imagine that everyone and everything is staring at you. "Everything has been magnified."
